Avon Valley is an 11-18 Specialist Sports College with a second specialism in Applied Learning. The college itself is surrounded by trees and green fields and has superb views from almost every room. It has a highly qualified and very committed staff, a supportive and highly effective Governing Body and facilities which are constantly being updated and extended. At Avon Valley people matter: our students, parents, staff, governors and the community and they all have a voice in the work of the College and play an essential role in the process of achievement and improvement.

  On Wednesday 16th May nine girls from year 7 took on Stonehenge and Pewsey in a rounders tournament. The weather was kind and stayed sunny throughout the competition, which allowed the girls to take full advantage of full matches.

  wearing these when they compete at the School Games on the 12th July which will take place at the Wiltshire School of Gymnastics in Melksham.
